A Celebration of Community

Thank you for your interest in joining our upcoming St Pete Yoga Fest (SPYF), our very first community celebration on the iconic St. Pete Pier at Spa Beach! Please read the event details below carefully and then fill out the sponsor application form here:

Vendor opportunities are available on a first come, first serve basis and are very limited this year. Next year will be much bigger as we will collaborate with The City of St. Petersburg.  

Event Date: Saturday, November 8, 2025, 9:00am – 9:00pm  

This year we are trying something different; adding a break from 3:00pm – 6:00pm for people to breakdown if they wish (at 3:00pm) or come set up for the remaining part of the Festival at 4:00pm for the Evening Portion 6:00pm -9:00pm. It’s imperative that you choose your desired plan now so we can create the map of where all the Sponsors and Vendors are going to be.  

Set up begins at 7:00am on Saturday, November 8. Only Commercial Vehicles will be allowed on the lawn. Everyone else must park in the nearby lots. Please bring carts and a buddy to help you carry and set up your booth. Parking is by the hour or you may purchase an all-day parking pass for $25 in advance from Vandana. Those will be available the day of. Either I or my Location Manager, Diane, will have them.  

Breakdown is at 3:00pm or 9:00pm. Those are the only two choices. Decide now what you would like to do. There will be security on the premises but the St. Pete Yoga Fest cannot be responsible if your merchandise goes missing so please keep that in mind.

Please remember, vendor applications are approved on a first come, first serve basis and we will do our best to limit each industry. It is in your best interest to APPLY EARLY!

The DEADLINE to submit your sponsor application is October 1st, 2025. It's essential to remember that applications are approved on a first come, first serve basis, and we strive to limit each industry for diversity. Therefore, it is in your best interest to APPLY EARLY! After submitting your form, please await a confirmation response regarding your admission as a Sponsor into the event. We will review applications upon receipt and follow up within 1-2 weeks. If approved, you can secure your spot by making your payment within 3 business days of our decision.

We may contact you if we have further questions or require clarification. A phone or Zoom interview may be requested to ensure the safety and well-being of our event, vendors, and guests. Previous St Pete Yoga Festivals have attracted over 1200 attendees, and we expect even more due to our new central location at the St. Pete Pier. Yoga wristbands will be available for sale to attend classes, while many activities will remain free and open to the public.
