A Celebration of Community

Thank you for your interest in joining our upcoming St Pete Yoga Fest (SPYF) 2025! Please read the event details below carefully and then fill out the application form. Sponsors are available on a first come, first serve basis and are limited. 

Event Date: Saturday, November 8, 2025, 9am- 9pm (set up begins at 7am, break down at 3pm or 9pm.

The DEADLINE to submit this application is October 1st, 2025. Please remember Sponsor applications are approved on a first come, first serve basis and we will do our best to limit each industry. It is in your best interest to APPLY EARLY! Note: Once you submit your form, please wait for a confirmation response that you have been admitted as a Sponsor into the event. Applications will be reviewed upon receipt and we will be back in touch within 1-2 weeks. If you're approved and want to proceed, you can make your payment within 3 business days of our decision to save your spot.

We will reach out to you if we have additional questions or need clarification. We may request a phone or zoom interview, to ensure the safety and well-being of our event, vendors and guests. Past St Pete Yoga Festivals have had over 1200 people in attendance. We anticipate more attendees due to the new more central location at the St. Pete Pier. Yoga wristbands will be for sale to attend classes , the rest will be free and open to the public. Thank you for your interest in joining our upcoming St Pete Yoga Fest (SPYF), our very first one on the iconic St. Pete Pier at Spa Beach! Please read the event details below carefully and then fill out the application form here.

The vendor spots are available on a first come, first serve basis and are very limited this year. Next year will be much bigger as we will collaborate with The City of St. Petersburg. 

Event Date: Saturday, November 8, 2025, 9:00am – 9:00pm

This year we are trying something different; adding a break from 3:00pm – 6:00pm for people to breakdown if they wish (at 3:00pm) or come set up for the remaining part of the Festival at 4:00pm for the Evening Portion 6:00pm -9:00pm. It’s imperative that you choose your desired plan now so we can create the map of where all the Sponsors and Vendors are going to be.

Set up begins at 7:00am on Saturday, November 8. Only Commercial Vehicles will be allowed on the lawn. Everyone else must park in the nearby lots. Please bring carts and a buddy to help you carry and set up your booth. Parking is by the hour or you may purchase an all day parking pass for $25 in advance from Vandana. Those will be available the day of. Either I or my Location Manager, Diane, will have them.

Breakdown is at 3:00pm or 9:00pm. Those are the only two choices. Decide now what you would like to do. There will be security on the premises but the St. Pete Yoga Fest cannot be responsible if your merchandise goes missing so please keep that in mind.
