These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in St. Pete Yoga Fest (“Festival,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering, purchasing a ticket, applying as a sponsor/vendor/presenter, or attending the Festival, you (“you,” “your,” or “participant”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General Admission
- All attendees, sponsors, vendors, and presenters must register through the official Festival channels.
- Admission is valid only with proper registration or ticket confirmation.
- The Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any participant for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with our community values.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
- All ticket sales and vendor/presenter fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
- If the Festival is canceled due to weather, safety, or circumstances beyond our control, tickets may be transferred to a rescheduled date or applied toward future events.
- No refunds are provided for partial attendance.
3. Sponsors, Vendors & Presenters
- All sponsors, vendors, and presenters must be approved by the Festival team.
- Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, and insurance to operate at the Festival.
- The Festival reserves the right to approve or deny applications based on alignment with our mission.
- Vendors and presenters may be featured in Festival marketing materials with prior permission.
4. Liability & Assumption of Risk
- Participation in yoga, movement, meditation, sound healing, and related activities involves physical exertion and may carry inherent risks.
- By attending the Festival, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release St. Pete Yoga Fest, VandanaLife, its organizers, staff, volunteers, and partners from liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage.
- You are responsible for assessing your own health and fitness level before engaging in Festival activities.
5. Children & Minors
- Children are welcome at the Festival but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
- Guardians accept full responsibility for their child(ren)’s safety and conduct.
- Any registration or participation information for children must be completed by the guardian.
- By attending with a child, the guardian agrees to this liability waiver on behalf of the minor.
6. Media Release
- The Festival may photograph or record activities for promotional and archival purposes.
- By attending, you grant permission for your image, likeness, and voice (and that of accompanying minors) to appear in event media without compensation.
- If you or your child do not wish to be photographed, please notify staff at check-in.
7. Code of Conduct
- The Festival is a community-centered event built on respect, inclusivity, and wellness.
- Discrimination, harassment, aggressive solicitation, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
- All participants agree to follow Festival guidelines, posted rules, and instructions from staff.
8. Vendors & Payment Terms
- Vendors agree to arrive on time and remain for the duration of their contracted schedule.
- Payments must be made in full prior to the event.
- The Festival is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.
9. Weather & Force Majeure
- The Festival will proceed rain or shine.
- In the event of extreme weather, natural disaster, or circumstances beyond our control, the Festival may reschedule, relocate, or cancel.
- We are not liable for refunds beyond what is outlined in Section 2.
10. Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.”
